It's very simple. Once you register for the service, you get a personal address at our warehouse in Thailand. Shop from any Thai website or store and ship to that address.

When packages arrive — we photograph them, check everything is fine and send a notification. You can consolidate multiple packages into one shipment to save on costs, or ship each one separately. Once you confirm — we pack and ship directly to your home worldwide.

• Standard Shipping (Economy): 12–16 business days from departure from Thailand
• Express Shipping: 5–8 business days
• Super Express: 3–5 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on the season, weather and customs processing times.

• Up to $150: No customs, no VAT — full exemption.
• Above $150: 12% customs and 17% VAT on the amount above $150 only.

Example: You bought for $200 — you pay on $50 only, about $15 extra.

Consider splitting shipments so each one stays below $150.

Payment is made only when you confirm a shipment — no upfront payment, no subscription fees, no hidden costs.

Absolutely yes. Instead of 4 shipments at $20 each (total $80), you pay one shipment of $35–40 — savings of almost 50%.

Repacking service: $3 per package — we remove original cartons and repack more compactly for additional savings.

Every package goes through photography, visual inspection and weighing upon arrival at the warehouse. If there's a problem — we immediately notify you and help coordinate a refund or replacement with the seller.

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance — only 2% of package value for complete peace of mind.

60 days free storage — enough time to accumulate packages and plan an economical shipment.

After 60 days: $1.5 per day per package. You'll receive reminders through the dashboard before the deadline.
